We ask all campers, speakers, staff, and sponsors to:

• Treat others with respect, kindness, and professionalism

• Welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and experience levels

• Listen generously and engage in good faith

• Honor personal boundaries, consent, and privacy

• Follow all camp, venue, and local laws and safety guidelines

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

The following behaviors are not tolerated at Camp Coffee Shop:

• Harassment, discrimination, or exclusion of any kind

• Intimidation, threats, or verbal abuse

• Unwanted physical contact or sexual attention

• Disruptive behavior that interferes with sessions or community spaces

• Excessive intoxication or unsafe use of alcohol or substances

• Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern

ALCOHOL

Camp Coffee Shop may include social events where alcohol is present. Participants are expected to drink responsibly and look out for one another. Any behavior that makes others uncomfortable or unsafe will be addressed immediately.

REPORTING CONCERNS

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code, please reach out to a Camp Coffee Shop organizer or staff member as soon as possible. Reports will be taken seriously and handled with care and discretion.

CONSEQUENCES

Camp Coffee Shop organizers reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary, including warnings, removal from specific activities, or dismissal from camp without refund.
