What is Camp Coffee Shop?
Camp Coffee Shop is a three day anight retreat for coffee professionals to learn, connect, and recharge. Through workshops, discussions, tastings, and community-building activities, attendees gain hands-on skills and inspiration for their work in coffee retail.

August 10–13, 2026 at Enchanted Hills, Napa Valley, California

Future and current café owners and coffee professionals in leadership positions—anyone working in coffee who wants to grow professionally and connect with peers.
What is the schedule like?
Days include classes, workshops, panels, morning yoga, recreational activities, tastings, and optional social gatherings. Evenings feature keynote talks and community events. See the full schedule here.

Is this camp suitable for beginners?
Camp Coffee Shop will be especially useful for those already working in coffee retail, but it provides value for anyone interested in learning more about the industry.
What’s included in the registration fee?
Workshops, keynotes, all meals, access to recreational facilities (hiking trails, pool, lake, basketball courts), and all camp community activities.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Where do attendees stay?
Most Camp Coffee Shop attendees stay in their choice of on-site, shared cabins at Enchanted Hills. Attendees are also welcome to camp at Camp in their own tents or book their own hotels in nearby (10 miles) Napa, Yountville, or St. Helena.
Are meals included?
Yes, the following meals are included during the camp: dinner on August 10, breakfast/lunch/dinner on August 11 and 12, and breakfast on August 13. Special dietary needs can be accommodated—we will contact you one month before Camp to collect all of your details.
How do I get to Enchanted Hills Napa?
The camp is about 10 miles west of downtown Napa. Most attendees drive, take a rideshare, or fly into nearby San Francisco or Oakland airports and then rent a car. Please indicate if you are interested in paid airport transfers on a Camp shuttle on your Camp preferences survey sent after registering.
Can I park at Camp Coffee Shop?
Yes! Free covered parking with EV charging is available.
What is the Camp Code of Conduct?
All attendees agree to maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Full details are on the Code of Conduct page.
Are families or guests allowed?
Camp Coffee Shop is a retreat for specialty coffee professionals. Space is extremely limited.
Due to liability requirements no attendees under age 21 are allowed.

What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, retreat prep info, and your payment details. We’ll also be in touch closer to the retreat with packing tips, arrival info, and everything else you need.
Do I have to join every activity?
Not at all. Participation is always encouraged. The more you engage, the more meaningful the experience becomes. This is your time, your pace. Every workshop and offering is an invitation, not a requirement.
What should I bring?
A full packing list will be shared closer to the retreat, but think comfy clothes, layers, and a willingness to learn, share, and build community with your coffee peers.
