Camp Coffee Shop Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of registering for Camp Coffee Shop will receive a full refund. Cancellations prior to May 31, 2026 will receive a refund of 50% of payment. Due to the limited number of spaces available at Camp Coffee Shop, after June 1, 2026 refunds are not available. 

If for some reason you cannot attend Camp Coffee Shop, you can transfer your registration to another person. If Barista Magazine cancels Camp Coffee Shop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future camp.
